五号特工组何坚出狱救博士是第二集的剧情。在电视剧五号特工组第一部，欧阳剑平召集成立了五号特工组。其中博士李智博回上海的时候被日本特工盯上，在打电话给欧阳剑平的时候被日本特工逮捕，带到了日本商船上。为了营救李智博并拿回他带回来的发报机，欧阳剑平通过关系救出了被关在监狱里的何坚。最终何坚和马云飞合作救出了博士李智博，并拿回了发报机。
